​Full Stack Engineer x2

(TypeScript, React, NodeJS)

Salary: $140k-$200k + Equity

Location: United States (Remote)

I’m working with an early-stage Fintech that has raised its seed funding and is looking to championing an accessible pathway toward financial inclusion for everyone. They are looking to add two Full stack Engineers to the team.

The Role

You'll be an early engineering hire with a lot of autonomy on long-term architectural and technical design decisions. The ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced environment where you make a real impact from day 1.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end solutions for strategic customers by addressing pain points, defining specs, and building software.

• Collaborate with sales & GTM teams to close deals and onboard customer

• Drive core product roadmap with prioritization decisions on custom solutions Vs scaling key projects.

• Solve technical challenges to enhance scalability and drive enterprise platform growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years Software Experience (React, TypeScript, NodeJS, React Native)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

• Comfortable working remote

• Experience at a early-stage startup (Seed-Series B)
